I know that "WD-40" yes, the lubricant that is always around the house. This will not hurt clothing I have used it on Ink and it works. I busted a pen at work one day on the sleeve of my blouse and after 10 hours of work went home sprayed WD-40 on the ink let it set overnight and washed the blouse, you would never know it was on there. I hope it will work on nail polish too. It wil not hurt to try. I am positive it will not hurt the jeans . It sure cant do any more dammage than is already done. Good Luck!

IF none of the suggestions work, what about embroidering over the nail polish bits? You will have a fantastic customised pair of jeans.

honestly, anything that will take the polish out will probably ruin the jeans. you'd be better off to find a way to cover it up that will look cool. i'm sorry i couldn't help!
