You can test up to 4 days before your period is due. Assuming you have a 28 day cycle, starting with the first day of your last period, start counting 24 days. This is the earliest you can test with "First Response'. Be sure that you haven't urinated for at least 4 hours before you take the test.

Normally, it's about 2 weeks after your period should have started to get a good result.

5 days before your missed period, or wait about 2 weeks. Hope this helps

As soon as you need to pee. But if you want it to mean anything, wait until the first day you expect you period.

12-24 hours after it shows right up if your preganant..ps dollar store preganancy test works too...:)
