The San Diego Chargers have only made it to the Super Bowl one previous time. They played the 49er's in Super Bowl XXIX. The Chargers lost the game 49-26. Marty has hurt the Chargers in the past by protecting the ball and playing conservative. However, this year he has seemed to stay away from that some so we will have to see. I think if he plays aggressive and buries the other teams with a large dose of Tomlinson they could very well make their second trip to the Super Bowl
