Yes, very common.
Also be aware of your blood pressure (particularly low BP) and insulin levels.
But don't feel concerned if you get a little dizzy around period!

Oh yeah right when I started mine It made me always dizzy, even when I wasent on my period! So I went to the doctor and the reason why I was like that was because some girls like me get fluids in their ear....mostly because of their period!
He gave me pills to take and it was gone after a few weeks! I would check that out.

During my period YES. my last one I was so dizzy i had to sit up and lean forward to put blood back in my head.

Yes, I have. I am severely anemic and when I am on my period my blood count usually drops.

Yes, it´s because your blood pressure goes down a little.
