I don't know, but the lawyer whom Dick Cheney shot wasn't Jim Brady - his name was Harry Whittington. Jim Brady worked for President Reagan and was shot by John Hinckley during his attempt to assassinate the President. Hence the infamous "Brady Bill" which included a ban on the number of bullets a gun magazine could hold, among other things.
