Stupid police came in my house to check up on my brother because he is on parole. First of all, one guy just came knocking my door and ask me to go to the living room. He was just going to check if there is any body in my room and the police did that to all the rooms. I mean I got pretty piss off when I ask one officer if they had a search warrant or something like that and they started to say **** like, "O we can do this because of my brother's position." Than one officer was like stop asking question because I need to learn some law first. I mean WTF do they think they are telling me I need to learn some laws before I start talking.

Anyways any tips of how to handle this situation or other please help me out.

Well I guess they can do that but can they look in my room and stuff. I mean what if I have drugs or something. So now I'm going to get arrested. It's my brother that is on parole so why can't they do the check rooms in his room. I'm not the one they need to worry about.

They are correct--you're brother is on parole---they can come over to where he lives for any reason at anytime and look where ever they want to. Parolees don't have the same rights you and I have. This entry stuff they can do is a condition of his parole. if he refuses, he can go back to prison.
