Yes.
Having sex with a lot of different women implies that you are not using sex as a way to deepen the intimacy between you and your spouse, you are simply using women to gratify your own pleasure. It's selfish. Using any other human being is disrespectful.

not really it could pull for disrespectful, but not misogynistic. It really depends on your view of women in general and the women you are sleeping with. If you see them as something only for pleasure and nothing else yes, but other then that no.
the only thing that this really makes you is a whore.
