Right now WWE has Pete Rose and Willie "Refrigerator" Perry in their Hall of Fame. Their only time in WWE was in minor roles at Wrestlemania.

Yeah, but they were both part of some classic Wrestlemania moments, and that's why they were inducted. There are plenty of guys in the Baseball and Football halls of fame that never actually PLAYED a game.

I think as long as the person inducted made an impact in the WWE they are Hall of Fame material.
