You aren't pregnant. What could you possibly have used that had semen on it? Just use your common sense and don't use items that you're not sure where they have been, or at least wash them first.

the only way you can get pregnant is if the semen is fresh (less than an hour old)
symptoms would be morning sickness breast growth/tenderness frequent urinataion head aches and obviously missed period.

Well it depends if it's your stomach or lower... you could just be cramping. Or be sick. I doubt you would get pregnant because sperm are stupid and you need a lot more than a finger full to get yourself pregnant.
