You can evaluate the sweet sentiment yourself, I think. But the poet says "god could have not made a more beutiful girl" - hmmm, is the poet writing about another girl? Or is this you writing it for a girl? Or what?
As a poem, though, it is pretty bad. No rhyme scheme, no meter, nothing much but repeated cliches.

1. "A more beautiful girl"? Who is writing this? It's not clear.
2. What is it for? If it's an outpouring of emotion, something to be written on a card, it's nice, it's honest. As a poem, it's terrible.
3. How old is the person writing this? IMHO, if he or she is about 12, it should be OK. Any older and I think it's not OK.

It is a very deep and emotion expression of love towards another individual. Very nice, open and honest.

you spelled beautiful wrong. it is very repetitious. and I think there is a lot of feeling that your friend has there but its missing spark
