As, a person, maybe I can predict what can happen in the future. As now of 2007, we already knew that are ozone layer is getting depleted so we need to care of this earth. We all want that even our great grandchildrens will experience what is happening from earth. If we want to experience 100 years from now on earth we should care for the ozone layer because we dont know when the ozone layer will be destroyed and connot protect the earth from the intense sunlight. The only thing i can remind all the people is to take care of the earth.

YouRock has a pretty good answer. I have lived a long time, and the inventions of the last 40 years have made life easier for us now, but destroying the natural resources and environment. We all need radical change. Overpopulation leads to violence, plagues, starvation and death. I am an optimistic person, but the future looks bleak for humans a few generations down the road.

I think that I might not be around to see the earth in a 100 years
from now.
If we have a Nuclear war - everything would be so different.
Hard to envision what it would be like.
If nothing serious is going to happen - than everything is going
to be much the same as today.
Inventions - ask a computer - they know more than we do.
Besides - 100 years is not that long.

I believe this Earth we know will be completely destroyed. There is no possible way of it surviving all the problems that are happening now, not only environmental, no, these ones are mere consequences of the real problems, the spiritual ones. We are living the end of times, and I believe that in a hundred years the new Earth will be already settled. The Creator is calling, and anyone who wishes to live in a perfect world, under His dominion, is able to come to Him.

well i see our environment as it is dying and we are not gonna stop it. the animals, some will be extinct and others will come into existance. People? Exactly the same, not caring about anything but money. The inventions will come but will probably kill the environment more.

More extinct species.
All new cast and crew running the show.
No ozone left, hot as a greenhouse.
Greenery decimated by direct sun.
No fossil fuel vehicles left. The vehicular breakthroughs that are just starting now will be done by then.

-- And they'll say "It's all The Bush's fault."

There'll be deadly microbes, plagues and more incurable conditions.

ABSOLUTELY TRUE PREDICTIONS.

In America I think we will keep losing our rights and soon go into a civil war. When it ends then we will fight the terminator A.K.A Govenator. Caoliiiiifornia. That is when the world will be taken by machines. =0

This planet we live on will be very violent.

Every Man, Woman, and Child will have to fight for survival.

All of the bad things you can't see on TV will be revealed in your life, such as the beheading of your sister or worse.

Man is truly man's worst enemy.

Earth? What Earth?

I hate to say it, but pretty damn f'd up. The population will probably be three or four times what it is now, and so all the problems we now have will be three or four times worse.
