60 glorious minutes... also known as one glorious hour...

that is, unless that hour happens to be spent in line at the DMV, or waiting on hold on your cell phone...

then, it's not glorious, and it feels like a lot longer than 60 minutes

I takes the minute hand or the "big hand" twelve times moving around the entire clock to move from 12am to 12am. Each time you move a complete circle around the clock it is a hour which in turn you must move around the clock twenty four consecutive times to make twenty four hours. So the conclusion to this is that it takes twelve times moving consecutively in a complete circle around the clock to make twelve hours and for the clock to go from twelve to twelve.
