I don't know, it might be our horomones. I am in the EXACT situation. It usually takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep and then I become so tired during the day and feel like I am about to fall asleep. The only thing I can think of is insomnia. You might want to take a sleeping pill or see your doctor. :)

I don't think it's as serious as sleep deprivation, but bring it up to your doctor next time you go for a visit. He might be able to assist you in figuring out what the situation will end up as. To me, it sounds like you're not that relaxed at the end of the day. Maybe before you go to sleep, you should do something light, like reading or sewing instead of listening to music or watching TV!

I know what you mean, I have those problems. Just think about the random stuff and it might lead to other things, and you'll have a whole train of thought. Or if you want, you can do crunches and make your body hurt so it can relax first.

I have the same problem but that's because I take 2 hour naps during the day time. Try to restrain yourself from taking a nap if that's what you're doing

Take some sleeping pills with some form of alcohol, you might not wake up when you want to though.
