The Office without Dwight is like you without me...it's like corn flakes without the milk....eerrrrrrr....anyway.....I don;t think for a moment they'll get rid of the Dwight character. That would leave Andy as the butt of all jokes...and he;s not nearly as fun. And without Dwight the Andy character loses his foil. I think if anything the likely outcome is Andy will end up gone and Dwight will return.

Yes, I imagine that Dwight will not be gone for long. I was expecting him to out his relationship with Angela. Is he a loyal guy, or what! and the way he rocks out to MC! Ha! I'm also glad whatsherface knows about the Jim/Pam thing.
