Yes for the 1st question and I don't know for the second question.
However, I don't personally believe in werewolf's but there are people that do. If I ever see real one change then I would believe and then run.
I don't ever want to become a mythology creature that kills.

i have loved mythology all my life and i have particually gotten a liking to werewolves. of all the "research " that i have done werewolves are normal ppl. to be a werewolf u must be bitten by one (or so the myth says) and as soon as there is a full moon the mind of an animal takes over. u have no control over ur body and do stupid things (like kill etc.) and somewhere deep in ur mind u always love the person u r killing but the animal side takes over as it is more powerful than ur human side.

Yes, in theory, they are just like you and me, except for "that time of the month" lol when they get hairy, start biting, and howling at the moon.
