What is the BEST brand of pencil eyeliner(price doesnt matter) I need one that works well for sensitive eyes,is EASY to TAKE OFF at the end of the day, and gives you a natural kind of look as opposed to a dark gothic look.

I use ONLY Estee Lauder make up. I buy it at the mall....at LS Ayers, or Macy's, or Dillards....not sure where you are and what stores you have access to.

I prefer Estee because it is sold by experts, you get to try it before you buy it, and all the products are high-quality. I have sensitive skin and eyes, and have never had any type of reaction to the products.

They have an eyeliner pencil that is not too sharp, and blends easily. Lots of color choices, too.

Also, the sales associates are ALWAYS giving me free samples and free gifts....can't go wrong there.

I use NYC brand. It's cheap and less waxy than others so it goes on a lot smoother. Sometimes I melt it a little with a lighter to soften it up. I also love one that's made by the Mary Kate and Ashley cosmetic line. It's called line my eyes and it comes in a gray pen like case. It is really soft and goes on really smooth. It comes out when you turn the end, so you don't have to fool with a sharpener. it's also affordable.

I agree with a lot of the other ladies - the Avon Glimmersticks one is great! They also have a brand new liquid one coming out in about a month. They have a lot of colors to choose from so you can get the best one for your complexion. See the website below for more information.

Try the eyeliners from AVON. But not the ones that you have to sharpen. Check out the ones that come in the blue plastic stick, called Glimmersticks.

I have had great success with them.

Avon has a nice line of eyeliner. Get the soft pencil. They also have a liquid eyeliner..
Also you can get permanent eyeliner tatooed on.. That won't be sensitive after it heals.

Avon, no joke. Get the kind you have to turn out of the tube like lipstick and not the kind you have to sharpen with a pencil sharpener.

Clinque, it is very good because it never costs me a breakout or anything. it is waterproof, so your eye lip won't be a mess at night. so, you make sure you choose the good quality as well as the outcome of the make-up eyeliner.

Almay($8.99) or NYC ($2.99), vary in shades... both can be found at any local drug store...they both make you look natural, but does the job intended. I owuld suggest colors like soft black or dark brown.

Christian Dior eyeliner and their mascara is fabulous (Dior 1). Good colors for the eyeliners and the mascaras. I love them, and they wash off with cleanser and water.

physicians formula is amazing!!! it's not pencil.. you have to like twist it up.. but it's not liquid... it glides right on.. stays on the whole day.. and you just wipe it RIGHT off with a tissue, yes, without the gothic look lol

try it.. i promise you'll like it!
