Maybe an eyeliner looks good to a blonde, but not to a man. Especially if you try to out it in the bottom.

Eyeliner would look really good on you because you probably have light eyelashes, and the liner will define your eyes and give you a sharper look. Black or dark brown is the best way to go, and then follow with a black mascara to complete the effect.

Yes. Eyeliner suits everyone it brings out your eyes. Try a brown or dark blue. Black might wash you out if you have pale skin.

if you're using dark eyeliner, you should darken your eyebrows a little. it makes it look more natural and not quite so hookerish.
