for your eyes, i would reccomend the following:
-mascaras advertising themselves as 'volume boosting' or 'lash multiplying' such as mabelline volume express turbo boost, sold at your local drugstore.
-peaches, pinks, golds, silvers, colours that will match your outfits and skin tone for eyeshadow.
-beige/gold blush applied at the most defined part of your cheekbones.
-deep red lipstick, not too bold, and no lip liner.
-if you enjoy wearing eye liner, you should wear a deep brown along the bottom lashes of your eyes.
though, you may want to experiment a little, since i do not know how you exactly look or dress, i cant be sure about what is perfect. i can also suggest you go to a local book store to find a book on how to properly apply makeup, i have a couple of my pwn, and they do wonders.
i hope i was a help :)

When shopping for foundation, look for ones with a warm/yellow undertone. Buy a lash curler if you don’t already own one because it really helps to open up the eyes, and also buy a black curling mascara.
Tweezing/waxing/threading your eyebrows will also give the illusion of more space around your eyes; have a professional do it so the shape will frame your eyes better, unless you are good at doing it yourself.
As far as eye shadows are concerned, try to avoid really dark colors because they will only make small eyes look even smaller. When applying eyeliner, choose a deeper tone liner, and try to get eye pencils instead of liquid ones, because liquid ones can look messy if you don’t apply it just right. Plus it’s easier to avoid the ‘permanent marker look' if you use a pencil because then you can blend, shade, and go lighter or darker with it.
For your lips, pick lipstick and lip gloss colors that have a warm undertone. And if you don’t want too much color, just stick to neutral shades or even a simple clear gloss, because less really is more.
And most importantly, you will most likely have to blend colors to find what works for you, so don’t worry about colors not matching you perfectly straight from the container.
Good luck!

Never put on to much eye make-up and lipstick at the same time I have a normal skin tone, big eyes, and fairly big lips and if I put the two on together I end up looking like a....er...tramp. Keep it pretty natural you could use Bare Minerals.

I am Asian too. You can always learn from Lucy Liu. Her make-up is hot!
i think Eye liner with Mascara is the best. use foundation to make it look perfect, and it can look like perfect and smooth. if you are blessed to have big lip, then you should can go for brown red with lipgross.

just wear some liquid liner on the top of your eye and go for a darker lipstick because darker lipsticks make lips appear smaller.
