I have a problem, and my player has just froze up. None of the controls are responsive, I can't even turn it off. The only thing I can think of is to let the battery run out, which is 14 hours from now. Either that or it will turn off real soon when the off timer runs out. Can anyone help me? Has anyone had this problem before?

The only thing I can think of is either, as said before, let the battery run out, or...hit the reset button, which I am reluctant to do.

Have you tried connecting it to your computer? I haven't had that issue with mine, but maybe hooking it up to the computer will set it on course.
