Well, technically, Hamlet, the title character of "Hamlet," did not have a brother.

However, as it turns out, Hamlet's father was also named Hamlet. Papa Hamlet did have a brother, Claudius. Claudius is the younger brother and ambitious. He kills Papa Hamlet and claims the throne for himself.

Since this is the case, the play "Hamlet" is also about Papa Hamlet's brother, who is the main villain, so one could say that there is, in fact, a play about him.
