Oh the times of Robin Hood! He supposedly lived around 1360, but also the times of the horrible bubonic plague.
Here's a few things I know that might interest you:
The main sweet thing was sugared almonds. Though I doubt many children got to eat them. They were generally for weddings or official lunches or as a sign of distinction - so probably for wealthy children maybe. They also had small cakes.
Toys: Yo-yos have been around for centuries and hoola hoops. It's funny, in Europe around the 1300's hoola hoops were banned in some places because the doctors thought it would bring on sore backs and heart attacks!

I'm assuming you are talking about life in Europe. If so, the average child of the 1300's had it as bad as or worse than their parents. And those parents lived in paltry conditions. There was no middle class. You were rich, spoiled, fat and pampered, or you were a lowly peasant with little food or shelter. The average child had no playthings and no real childhood. In fact, childhood was not really recognized as a separate part of life. You were just a little person who needed to be taught. Once you were old enough to walk and reason to some extent, say 5 or so, you were assigned simple tasks within whatever the family "industry" was. Yes, homes were simply businesses, aka: economic centers where everyone contributed for the good of all. Also, because of strict Christian beliefs regarding original sin, children were considered to be sinful creatures, born with original sin. And it was something that had to be beat out of them. Parents, especially fathers, had the ultimate right to discipline his wife and children, even to the point of death. No one would interfere. Children who became orphans did not go into new adoptive homes. They became street beggers who were scorned by higher society.

The first question is what was life like. It was mostly short. Infant and childhood mortality was very high. Poor sanitation, ineffective medical treatment and poor food supplies caused most of the death.

"Sweets" were mostly available to the upper classes. In Northern Europe sugar was virtually unknown. Honey was available in the warmer parts where bees could live. Wealthy people "candied" edible flowers, nuts, and fruit. Most available fruit was cooked and prepared in some way, as eating raw things was considered unhealthful.

Children played games with balls, they played them with paddles (like badminton), with sticks and bats (like cricket and baseball now) they rolled them at targets (like bowling). They kicked them in teams (like soccer and rugby) They played soldier and knight errant with improvised weapons and equipment. They had toy soldier too if they were well off. Girls had dolls called "poppets" made of wood or clay or rags. There were toy boats and sleds and ice skating and doll furniture made or improvised. There were bows and arrows, and crossbows and fishing gear too.

Little girls and boys dressed the same. Until they were toilet trained they wore basically a "sark" (a long shirt of linen) and a "gown" ( a dress like affair) cut just like the shirt. They wore close fitting hoods that tied under their chins, Called "biggens". When they got older they wore brais, sort of underpants. When Boy and girls got older they wore clothes just like their parents. What that was like depended on the wealth and status of their people. They looked just like little adults. A little time spent on Google image with some of the words I've used will give you a fuller picture. Spend the time, it will be fun.
