Oregon liquor store law for having a website, provide references to where the answer can be verified.

It appears that you are allowed to place "a public notice about a retail liquor store in a general readership local publication, with prior approval" (see link below for source).
Since the Internet is not a "local" publication, I suspect that a webpage would not be allowed. But since they are allowing advertising, and since the OLCC is opening up their restrictions on where the liquor stores can be located (one of the newest is in the QFC market), I suspect that the QFC store will enhance their website with the information about their store and may well help push this idea along.
An interesting website I found has this quote:
"Only in the phone book is a liquor store allowed to be advertised as a liquor store. Otherwise it is listed as a Mixer Shop* or some such thing."

I looked through the codes and couldn't find anything that prohibited it, so I'll send you the link to their website and you can email them and get it "from the horse's mouth" to eliminate all doubt.
