Since Micheals refused to win it, the WWE has planned either Randy Orton or The Undertaker to win it. But you can never be sure, because the WWE is known for its surprises.

Well the wwe wanted to let shawn michaels win it since it was gonna be in his hometown San Antonoi,Texas but he refused it so they are planning on letting the undertaker or randy orton win it.
