here's two things you could do at night and in the privacy of your room:
1) lie on your back and pull your legs up toward your head. relax, it should come out.
2) lie on your front with your butt sticking up in the air supported by your knees and your head on your pillow. relax, and you'll be surprised how much gas is actually in there!

been married 18 yrs ,and my husband swears i don't fart ,not true of course i pass gas or i would blow up ,I'm just discreet .

insert your finger in your rectum (like its a hook) and gently tug, so the butthole loosens and all the gas can come out. My vet did it to my dog once
