watch I get thumbs down for this, but here it goes. Yes there are aliens. does this sound familiar, In the beginning God created the heaven and earth. That means before God created the earth there was no earth. question: if there was no earth what does that make God? and since God created all things, you fill in the rest. we are all aliens believe it or not. The facts are the facts. The design of the human being didn't come from earth because there was no earth. forget about the physical body because without the soul it's just a mess of flesh. even if you believe in evolution something had to have made things and that something didn't come from earth. and what makes people think that the name of this planet is earth. Earth is an English word, and people with sense know that English is not the oldest language. hell, English is not even a language it's a dialect of Latin .....like many other so many dialects which we now call languages

If you mean intelligent life on another planet. then the chances are very slim.

Most people's understanding on wether there is intelligent life on other planets is based on Si Fi films and the lack of understanding of how life started on this planet.

Ask yourself this, if the dinosaurs had not been wiped out, would you {a human being} be asking this question today. The answer is NO.

Very unique environmental circumstances allowed life to flourish on this earth, and a huge accident of nature killed off one dominant species to allow another to come to the for. We as humans evolved from a primitive form of life that began in the sea, then crawled on to the land and evolved in to mammals and eventually in to humans.

Obviously it is a lot more complicated than I have explained above, but whats the chance of these set of circumstances happening on another planet millions of light years away. Yes there will be life on another planet but not intelligent life as we know it.

Intelligence that is another scientific argument, because where does intelligence come from and how does it evolve, in our heads or do we learn it from the things around us that we interact with, why was it that a species of ape became intelligent and was able to control nature.

Considering the fact that "aliens" send their being up into space in really fast moving vehicles that defy gravity and seek out places to land their vehicles and explore out other worldly places....oh wait....sounds like humans going into space doesn't it....so I aruge....aren't we aliens after all?

So yes! Aliens MUST exist - since we are the aliens!

do i believe aliens have ever been to earth. no. einsteins equations show that we cannot travel faster than the speed of light so interstellar travel seems to have too many barriers to overcome (at least to us scientists on earth). so, i don't think it's possible that people have been probed by alien space ships.

I believe there is life on other planets in distant galaxies. Not aliens as you see on a movie. But other life out there - YES.
