Not sure if we're angry, maybe just indignant. From my standpoint, which is socially very liberal, the Golden Rule would go a long way in improving our society.
I'm tired of people complaining, irrespective of their political affiliations, when they don't do anything to improve their corner of the world. Most of us will never be able to impact the whole world by ourselves, but if we all did a little, think of the chain reaction it would have.
Channel your energies into volunteering, mentoring, or rescuing instead of screaming at the political guys on the TV screen who are getting rich making you mad.
Call it typical liberal *bs*, but what goes around comes around, and I've reaped the rewards throughout my life.
P.S. I drive a Mercedes S500 and pay more in taxes than most people make in 5 years, so don't think we're all stupid, lazy or poor. And I hate Fruit Loops. Those weird colors can't be good for you. Anyways, good question!

Why do you care? It's actually the fact that this country has gotten worse ever since Bush took office, our civil rights are pretty much non-existant, we're back in a deficit that CLINTON ACTUALLY GOT US OUT OF within an 8 year span, violent crime has gone up in urban areas due to the budget cuts that also affected the police force since they don't have enough officers to put out on patrol in addition to many of the programs that would've helped at-risk people are either no longer existing or are existing in a very limited capacity. The level of uninsured Americans has gone up and NOTHING is done about it, the rich are getting richer and therfore pay less taxes than the rest of us have to pay and don't even give some of their money to charity(which is their choice, but still greed is rampant) because of their innane greed. We're still fighting a war that we are losing and more than 3,000 lives have been lost as a result of an idiotic president lying through his damn teeth just so he can get what he wants. Anything that's happened as a result of the invasion with the Abu Grhaib and whatnot has been a violation of the Geneva Convention and thus Bush has committed a war crime that he'd NEVER be tried for and he SHOULD be.

I'm a green, not a democrat, but you bet I am angry. I'm angry that the planet is running out of oil and doing next to nothing to prepare. I'm angry that Bush spent 6 years suppressing climate change science. I'm angry that we started an illegal war against a country that was not a threat and spent $400 Billion of our children's money and 300 US lives and 100,000 Iraqi lives. I'm angry that corporate interests run not only the Republican party but most of the democratic party as well. That's why.
Oh, and I'm running out of froot loops!

That's funny, because it seems like the conservative talking heads are the ones who are red in the face with a vein popping out of their neck. Limbaugh, Savage, Coulter, O'Rielly, they're always gettin steamed. Olberman on the other hand has some moments of righteous anger, but for the most part is cool as a cucumber.

I have never been on welfare nor do I ever intend to be. You need to wake up and realize it's the republican (red) states that are your biggest welfare states. Not your democrat state (blue) states.
If it is democrats on welfare that are angry, it might be because they are surrounded with people who are Bush supports!!

What you are seeing is the Bush Administration being held accountable. After losing the House and Senate, they are fair game.

It's the first time in years that they are regaining power. Wouldn't you be vehement about making a comeback? I think that they are "angry" because they are fed up of the Right Wing ideology. Hey, I tried.

These general questions regarding democrats and republicans, along with the insults an 11 year old would be embarrassed by, are really old and tired. Find a new gig.

You should be angry too over "all the mistakes" Bush admitted to yesterday. Bush lies...our soldiers die.
