i am leaving on a deployment and am going to miss valentines day her birthday and our anniversery I have friday night to take her out on the town and have a good time I'm 24 and she is 31 we love good food and a fun atmosphere

I would take her for a day/night in The City. There is so much to do. Take a walk on the Pier and have dinner at the Waterfront on the embarcaderro looking out on the bay. Or have dinner in North Beach. Stinking Rose is a good suggestion it is a very fun atmosphere...however my favorite is Mona Lisa's. Not only is it quaint and romantic they also have great food and wine.

I would suggest El Paseo in Mill Valley. Very Romantic, French food.
Be aware its about $60.00 a plate before wine.

The Stinking Rose in SF is great, if you're into GARLIC........
