A front end alignment and adjusting the steering box should take care of this. Anything in the front steering and suspension can affect this, tie-rod ends, ball joints, shocks or struts, steering box or rack. Excessive tire wear on the inner or outer edges of the front tire could be a good indicator of poor alignment.

This is a common problem when new front end components are installed by someone who does not care enough to fix it. I agree with the previous post that the wheel will need to be removed and reinstalled in the proper location. I also agree, that you should get it aligned perfect before doing so. On some of these trucks, you need a special tool to remove the wheel because you can damage the horn button mechanism if you don't do it right. You will also need a steering wheel puller to pull the wheel itself. Make sure you have the correct bolts to pull the wheel. If you have never done it before, ask someone you trust that is more knowledgeable, or try to ask someone who would know down at your local auto parts store. They may even be able to rent you the tools you'll need to do the job right.

I remember the old late-70's malibus, cutlasses, etc all seemed to have definate, but very, small cant to the left; but this sure wasn't at the 2:00 o'clock position.
Assuming that you are properly aligned and the steering wheel naturally aligns to the 2 o'clock position as the car drives forward - I'd say some chowderhead forgot to mark the steering wheel's location when he pulled it. If the front end is all to specs, simply pull and reset the steering wheel to center.

Try a front end alignment. If this doesn't fix it, pull the steering wheel off of the spline gear (make sure your wheels are straight, first) and replace it in the correct orientation.

It needs to be taken in to an alignment shop and have your front end aligned and when they are done your wheel will be straight.
