Pregnany test question?

Question

I bought a home pregnancy test and it says to wait until the morning and you will get more accurate results. What do you guys think? Could I still do it at night?

you could do it at night but depending on how far along you are the best chances if you are before your missed period is the morning you will have more hcg in you urine than you would at night

With all 4 of my pregnancies I took a home test in the afternoon or night, never morning. All four times I was about 2-4 days late on my period. Every time the results were clear as day.

I knew I was pregnant before the test told me I was. I took a test in the morning and it was negative. I took the second that night and sure enough it was positive. So from personal experiance I know without a doubt it really doesn't matter. So sayyou harmone level are higer in your morning pee, but still it can detect it even at night...

and to correct what someone previously said. There is no such thing as a false positive only a false negative. I got that from a doctor.

You can do it tonight if you don't want to wait until morning. However keep in mind that the hcg hormone is strongest in your urine in the morning. If you are barely pregnant its best to wait until morning to have an accurate test. If your period is more like a month late then tonight will be fine. It just all depends on how late you are with your cycle. Good Luck!

You can take a pregnancy test at any time. But for some reason my results were better when i took it in the morning. I really don't understand why, even my doctor told me that it's best to take the test in the morning.

You could do it at night, but the body levels of the pregnancy hormone are higher in the mornings, so probably the result you will get wil be inaccurate since the test brand you got is obviously inefficient with low hormonal levels.

If your period is more than say 2 weeks late then it should show a positive test no matter what time of the day. Like the above answers if you have only just missed your period, I'd wait until tomorrow morning.

just do what the box says wait til morning if you want an accurate result which is the whole point of taking the test anyway

deppending on how late ur missed period is but a would try it and c what happens only do one though and leave the other one till morning and see if u get the same result if they are different u may have 2 buy another test or see the doctor

If you're worried to get the accurate test, you can buy some preg test that you can test yourself anytime. usually in the morning to give you an accurate answer.
