It seems like I am really tired a lot, and very unmotivated lately. I've been having trouble waking up when my alarm sounds, and when I do wake up I turn it off and then just fall back asleep, even though I don't mean to. I sleep well at night, like I don't wake up or anything, and I more or less get a good nights sleep (I go to bed usually about 11, sometimes a little earlier, and I wake up at around 6:30, well I'm supposed to wake up then). Also, I feel really lethargic and unmotivated lately. I don't feel like doing anything like schoolwork at ALL, and I keep making all of these goals for myself like "clean up my room" that I just don't keep, even though I have the time and energy to do them, I just can't make myself do them, if that makes sense. I don't know what to do. I feel really overwhelmed! Any advice or help would be appreciated!

oooh I've read about this in the paper a week or two ago i just don't remember the words but it really describes your actions and i think its like a mild thing but you can take something for it , but i think it mostly happens to young teens , but you could ask a doctor about it I'm sure he'll tell you . and i think the faster you get it done the faster you can start enjoying life .

you may have mono or meningitis, which makes you irratible and tired. Or you could just be really stressed out...stress takes a lot of energy out of you. See your doctor to help you.
