yes I've read it. Let me guess you have a book report on it ?? well good thing for you i don't mind spilling. Although It has been like 5 years at least maybe more since I read it and had to do a report on it. So my brain might be a little rusty. If i remember correctly it is a story about greed.

Well no matter how much I hate that book, I know what its about. Its basically about greed and how not to be consumed by money.

yes. just read like yesterday. it's just about caring for you family and stuff.
in the end Kino and Juana throw away the pearl, for each other.
Since it was the end for their child.
