Cena has to use steriods because he isn't a real man. The last real man in WWE was Brock Lesnar. Remember the video of him running around with logs on his back? That's how a real man trains. None of this indoor, touchy feely, Bally's fitness CRAP.

it is one of those yes or no question. There is no evidence whether or not he did use Steroid.Keep in mind he was a bodybuilder after graduated from Springfield College.(He was an offensive lineman in NCAA Division 3) So i guess he was bulked up before undergoing training. He did gain weight since his debut to be honest. He started out 240 now he is 248.
