Best bet is to call the locksmiths, although sometimes if you know the door is openable from the inside and has a letter box you can use a coat hanger to open it through the hole.

I've opened a few UPVC doors just by sticking my hand through the letter box :S

If you have time on your hands, bump-keys are fairly amazing!

Call a locksmith or take the pins out of the door hinges (depending which side of the door they're on).

well depends on the door... if its a car door i gess you could get onstar! they unlock it for you! if its a house door get a key/lock maker to make a dupe! .... or just bust it down!!!!!
