I went to get a pap smear today.Dr said my cervix looks like it's 7 0clock at night now.And it was only 2:30 in the afternoon.I have to wait until March 27 to be seen again through a clinic called colposcopy.I was just wondering what color is the cervix?Also she said something is wrong with my pelvic so I have to get a ultra sound done as well.And on top of that I am going through premenopause.I am so down so if anybody can help I really would appreciate everything I can get.Thanks and please take care of yourself.I am so scared I anm only 39.Please pray for me as well too.Thanks

The premenopause could be causing that. You might want them to do more than just a colposcopy because that is mainly to check out the cervix only.

The cervix is normally a bit darker than the rest of your skin -- even in Caucasian women it can normally be a dark brown.

You should not worry I'm sure everything is going to okay. If it was extreamily bad your doctor would have let you know more. Everything is going to be okay.
