you have to go to ur ipod settings and then change them so itunes updates ur songs into ur itunes library. it also helps if u click the help button and watch the little video that it plays

You can't
iTunes only allows you to move songs off of a computer and put them onto the iPod. It will not allow you to take songs off the iPod and put them onto the computer. This happens to ensure that if your iPod is stolen people cannot steal your music.
