you are probably getting soap into the little pee hole. Try not getting soap in there. That's what's making it burn; the soap inside.
Ok, since you said you have that different type of hole, then what you need to do is...instead of lifting it up so soap & water can run down the hole, keep it pointed down while you wash it. this will help keep the soap out of the hole & it shouldn't burn as much.
Also, do a real good job at rinsing afterwards. this will help make sure no soap is left.
Good luck!

See the medical links below and try using less soap on the cloth that you use to clean yourself. Soap reduces the friction on the skin to allow particulate matter to be removed with water. I used to use a deodorant soap that caused stinging...perhaps a milder soap would be less painful. Or maybe you are 'scrubbing' too hard. A gentle circular motion is all that is required to remove topical sluf [dead skin cells] and any accumulated surface bacteria. Soap usually costs less than $1 per bar...or ask your parent or care provider to get Dove or Ivory for you to use. It doesn't take much soap, either. Also, you could feasibly have a jock itch and may need a product to treat this problem. Micotin or other topical treatment is common especially for those who are physically active or involved in sports activities. Also, if you need to speak with someone...call a pharmacist and ask for a recommendation of over the counter product. If he tells you that you should see a doctor about it, believe him.

you are most likely getting soap into your penis, wen you wash up dont put soap by the hole, just use water for that part. If you still are burning up see a urologist

Don't squeeze so hard when you pullin on it in the shower. You apparently have irritated the inside of your little pen!s. We all know, that its yours and you'll wash it as fast as you want, but...sounds to me like you are using to much pressure....

Try to use a less abrasive soap, or a soap that is designed for sensitive skin.

cleaning your penis is tricky.are you circumcised?if you are when you penis has been cleaned it will burn.if you aren't then you are allergic to your soap and need to experiment with other things.
