Yes you can. It just mixes with the water so you don't see it. I know this is kinda gross, but you also sweat underwater.

i think it's possible because if you can bleed inderwater why cant you cry under the water? maybey thats an experiment you can try someday. get a snorkel and watch titanic or something sad before you go in the water
