Prussia, the country that became Germany, was established by military force. From the Austro-Prussian War in 1866 to the Franco-Prussian War in 1870-1871, it was like any other great civilisation - based on military conquest. It would be wrong to call this fact a "false philosophy" since Germany still remains one of Europe's strongest states (even after two world wars). In 1914, the Prussian (German) leadership failed to use diplomacy to its advantage, took the nation into The Great War, and gained nothing from it. Is there any connection between diplomacy and philosophy?
