"Pride and Prejudice" is set in the late 1700s/early 1800s. It was written a long time before it was published.

The other books are set around the same time period (mostly later) because that is when she was writing. This is generally known as the Georgian period.

She began writing her novels around 1795, but when the first were rejected, she rewrote them. She began the rewrites around 1809. Her novels were published beginning in 1811 with the final 2 being published posthumously in 1818. They are set in the first decade or so of the 1800s, the Regency Period.

Generally not specified, but presumably the same early-19th century (Regency) period in which Austen lived.
