The drug dealer because he's selling these substances that will eventually kill the addict. But do you think the drug dealer cares? Of course not...he's just trying to get paid. He doesn't care what these drugs do to the addict and the people that have to deal with the addict's BS.

There are good points to each side but personall I side that Addicts are worse. Drug dealers at least have the presence of mind to sell them rather then just live on the street, begging for change so you can use.
The Drug dealers are just a victim of capitolism. And if was legal big corporations would be selling drugs. If there were no addicts - if people had self-control. The market for drugs would go way down.

The dealer provides that which gets the druggie addicted, and the druggie uses it. I would say that they're equally bad, but my overall conclusion comes to the dealer.

Well, in my opinion. It's the addicted. They would just find another way to mess up their lives even if there weren't drugs. Drug dealers are just lazy who want to make money fast. Drug dealers are smart. Drug addicts are not.

i think the druggie because they are ruining their life but thats in their sense ... most people would say the drug dealer without them don't think the druggie would be addicted and having to buy it

They are both bad but the drug dealer is worse, he feeds the junkies habits. Without drug dealers there would be no druggies.
