that could be many things. Are you male or female? Maybe to much rough play. Maybe pregnancy (it is a symptom).

Is it that time of the month? My nipples get sore right before my period comes. Nipple and breast sensitivity is a PMS symptom for some women. And I just started having it the last couple of months, so it's not uncommon for you to just start having it even if you've never had it before.

Sometimes it can be the clothing we wear, is it rough or rubbing. It can be caused by detergent, allergies to it, stick with a detergent or even fabric softener. It can be that time of th3e month and you are sore, or you could be pregnant...that can make them sore. Sometimes if you go without a bra the rubbing on a shirt can make them sore too.

is it cold where you are? in colder weather, my nipples get very sore and itch. or is it possible you're preg? but i'm going with the dry weather in winter makes your skin dry. just buy some lotion of any kind. what ever you use on your hands/body, and just apply it to you whole breast areas

my nipples get sore every time i get near my period so if your regular check your calendar and see if your near if you are then your nipples geeting sore is a alarm saying START WEARING PANTY LINERS NOW!

well how old are you. If your old enought you could be pregnet thats one of the first signs if your in your teens and your starting your prieod that could be it to
