Yes.
Male geese, like all birds, have a pair of testicles that are within the abdominal cavity and cannot be seen externally.
Incidentally, although most birds lack a penis, geese and other birds belonging to order Anseriformes (including ducks, swans, and relatives) do have a copulatory organ (which is also not normally visible).
Also, not all mammals have extra-abdominal testicles in a scrotum. Many have intra-abdominal testicles (e.g. seals, whales), and in many others they only descend into the scrotum during the breeding season (e.g. many rodents).

Geese is plural of goose, which is a female gander. Ganders have testes, but they don't dangle outside the body like testicles owing to the relatively low body temp of winged creatures. The reason testicles dangle outside the bodies of most mammals is because they need to be kept cooler than body temperature for the sperm cells to thrive.

Having made ready geese for the table, i can tell you that they are there with the giblets. Long white things up around the back bone. Next question is: do ducks have sex? Not a stupid question as i could not convince grown men that ducks actually do it. they were determened that the neck pecking thing did the trick. being a farm boy i had seen it many times. More than you really wanted to know?
