I had c-span on all day today, and heard 3 democrat congressmen calling for exactly that.
I don't know why I listened to it today, it was full of ignorant, uninformed yes men/women for the democratic party.

Because if they were to actually say it, they never would've gotten elected. John Q. Voter knows that an immediate pull-out would probably be the worst-case scenario, as it would leave extremist factions in charge of Iraq.

Because 3 Congressman aren't the whole Democratic party. There are 282 Democrats in Congress and a little under 80 million in America, I don't think three people calling for a immediate withdrawl means that other democrats holds other opinions.

I want to know if the Democrats want us fail? I find it disgusting that the Democrats have used setbacks in Iraq for political gain. I am a soldier that has done two tours in Iraq and I have seen a lot of crap in my day, but I am appalled by the defeatist mentality of the Democrat Party.
