it should be easy immediately if voters are mailed a hard copy certificate acknowledge your vote and details. if there is a problem you take it to the voting registrar and fix it. we do it here in my backwoods country with auto tags. goes down slick every year since it started. i don't think hacking into this system would do little harm in any case. in any case, i just am dead certain its doable and could be done immediately.

It would be too open for fraud. If a person is unable or too lazy to drive/walk/ride a bus to a polling place, they can request a mail-in ballot in most states.

haven't you ever heard of phishing? it's when a person steals like passwords and stuff via internet...and then, they can hack and then you wouldn't get a vote, cause someone else would vote for you.

There are still too many Security issues to work out. It'll happen eventually. Give it time (& a Democratic Administration.).
