the chance of a miscarriage drops at the 12th week. so it depends on when you heard the heartbeat but there might be still the thought of it happening because its normal 2 worry until the baby is born

they say once you have heard the heartbeat your chances drop considerably of having a miscarriage, but it is not impossible. i lost my 3rd pregnancy at 16 weeks. spotting is not that unusual early on in pregnancy, so i wouldn't be to badly concerned. I'm sure in 8 months you will have a beautiful baby and wonder why you ever worried.

Unfortunately it just means that the baby is fine at that time. I had one strong heartbeat and one pretty strong heart beat on my twins. And lost one at 9 weeks and one at a little over 13 weeks. They say that the chances extremely reduce at around 12 to 13 weeks. Try and not worry about miscarriage!!! It's not good for you or the baby to stress out!!! You'll be fine. Congrats on the pregnancy!!!!

Yes. Once you have heard a heartbead, chances drop! Of course its still possible, but its always reassuring after you have heard the heartbeat that it will be a successful pregnancy

Your chances are lower because you have seen the heartbeat but they get alot lower once you hear the heartbeat on a doppler.
