Neither. Preps act like snobs and goths are just weird. I prefer someone who is normal and isn't obssessed with what they look like.

Going with the stylistic way instead of sterotypes.
The preppy look can be cute when delt with right, the cuts and seams are very simple and casual, something for like brunch.
While the goth style is more dark and heavy, either with alot of fills and lace and such it can look really classy and elegent when delt with right.
Basicly two differen't styles going on.

Mixing preppy element with gothic-type elements makes anything look interesting.

I don't think higher of either. I woud give each person I met the opportunity to be themselves, and try not to judge them.
When deciding about how I will dress in public, however, I would consider that, despite the fact that I have the RIGHT to be myself, and to express my individuality in any legal way, I DO understand that society is extremely judgemental, and even my ability to provide food for my family can be hindered by what society dictates I must look like and dress like.
I try to find a happy medium!Ã

Gothic-they aren't afraid to be who they are in the world. Though they are often looked down upon and belittled foor the way they dress, they stick with it and don't care what anyone thinks-the way it should be with everyone...

Both - but for school I recommend uniforms and that hair be limited to about 4 styles for girls and two for boys and that jewlrey and tattoos and piercings be banned entirely. Conformity = equality if you cannot accept everyone, then you must look like everyone = no exceptions.
