I was sleeping with out one, until I got pregnant almost a year ago... then every time I would go without a bra, I would wake up to a soaking wet shirt...... so uhh... yes. I do wear a bra to bed now.

When I was breastfeeding, I always wore my bra to bed. The nurse recommended it when she taught the breastfeeding class. She said they may become so big that one can use the extra support. I say there's no harm in it, so long as your bra is clean and made out of breathable cotton. Especially when you consider that once the ligaments in your breast stretch, they never regain their natural shape. I'm quite proud of my breasts, the last thing I want is to see them dangling around my knees!

I used to until one day in my biology class when my professor told us that wearing a bra to bed could cause nodules to form in the breasts and maybe eventually lead to cancer.

I do now ever since I saw a doctor on t.v. comment about sleeping with a bra...........it really does help keep your boobs perky if you sleep with a bra, not wearing one makes them saggy. Well that explains alot........I really thought that was a lie but it seems to be true

hell to the no. i let those babies loose as soon as i walk in the door to my house. its a boob free zone at my house baby. although i have read that it keeps them perky to wear em to bed so i'm not sure why everyone says its bad because i've never heard or read that anywhere before.

Nope, too uncomfortable. I like to be free and not feel constricted for once during my busy day. Its my time to relax, so I let the "girls" relax as well, lol!
(Also its less to take off if hubby decides to roll over my way...hehehe)

I tend to sleep in a sports bra. I don't want my girls sagging.
