Hmm. In one corner, we have somebody with a holographic or eidetic memory, who has trained and trained with some of the greats of the Marvel universe, like Captain America. (Taskmaster also trained the Super Patriot in the use of the shield, when the Federal Government took away the Captain America identity from Steve Rogers, and he went as simply, ‘The Captain’.
(Kind of makes you wonder where Gilligan was…!)
But, ok, back to business. IIRC, Tasky has also trained with Daredevil and other hand-to-hand greats. His unique ability to instantly memorize fighting styles and incorporate them into his own repertoire is unparalleled.
Important question: Could he learn while he was fighting with Deathstroke…?
In the other corner, we have Slade (Deathstroke the Terminator) Wilson with enhanced reflexes and a degree of super strength. Something like three times as fast, three times as strong. He has been fast enough to trip up Kid Flash (though I still think that was a weak plot device) with his staff.
Tasky has a chance, but only a small one. If he is able to get in a couple good blows and injure Slade and slow him down, then he has a chance. If he can learn Slade’s favorite moves and extrapolate from that to realize his whole fighting style, and instantly devise moves to exploit the holes and protect vs the attacks of Slade’s system, then Taskmaster might win it.
But I believe that Deathstroke also has a good edge. Tasky won’t know what his battle staff is capable of. If Slade gets in the first blow or two, then Tasky goes down. Triple strength blows are hard to recover from. (Unless Tasky has the non-adamantium, vibranium shield that Cap used while wearing the black-and-white outfit…?) You didn’t specify how they were prepared or armed. With that, he could win.
This is a very close one. It depends on awareness (alertness) and proper prior preparation. Given that Slade is an assassin, accustomed to firing one shot from long distance into his target’s head, I think if he knows he is going to get into a fight, he wins. Taskmaster is very good, but he would need the advantage of surprise to prevail against Deathstroke. You can’t learn and adapt to the fighting style of a single long range high velocity round.

I think the answerer above complicated a much easier answer to a easier question.
You have one man who has photographic memory that can remember people's movement and techniques. Seeing how he has faught some of the best fighters in the Marvel universe, he is undauntedly the best martial artist. Taskmaster also had exceptional aim and decently intelligent.
You have in the other hand, the single smartest fighter in the DC universe. Deathstroke has enhanced senses, strength, sight and trained by the best assasin in the world. He uses 90% of his brain, which means that he will always be up to 3 or 4 steps ahead of you if you face off against him the first time. He also has exceptional aim.
They are even but there is one thing that Deathstroke have that Taskmaster doesnt have. Healing factor. Deathstroke took two clips from M16s into the chest during Villians United and got away. That healing factor automatically gives him the hands up against Taskmaster. If nessesary, Deathstroke might even allow Taskmaster to empty his weapons out on him and then kill taskmaster weaponless. Remember, deathstroke concocted a strategy to beat the justice league within minutes. End of story.

Don't worry, Batman - I think Kurt was saying he'd like to be screwing Batman whilst Wolverine did most of the fighting. Anyway, let's break it down. ROUND 1 Wolverine pounces on Deathstroke (rematch) Batman and Taskmaster face off (neither moving) Predator and Alien start fighting each other. (it's what they do) ROUND 2 Like in the Uncanny X-Men and The New Teen Titans crossover, Wolverine and Deathstroke fight to a standstill, both too knackered to fight any more. Batman and Taskmaster are still facing off in a masked mexican stand-off stylee. Alien punches hole in Predator's chest just as Predator rams his blade through the xenomorph's head and as they die together, Predator primes his self-destruct. ROUND 3 BOOM. Everyone dies. ROUND 4 Wolverine eventually regenerates and goes for a beer.

taskmaster is a coward... he decided it was easier and safer to train villains than to actually try to pull off anything himself...
also, taskmaster doesn't adapt well to change... he only knows what he has seen, so if the game changes, he is lost...
slade is faster, stronger and smarter...
interesting concept, but i have to give it to blade...
and to the person who wondered if taskmaster carried the same shield that the captain had (made of vibranium), that shield and costume were passed onto USAgent...
