I have been told I'm 24 weeks Pregnant with EDD 28th April or 3rd May 2007 But I am confused about what date I would have conceived? I'm not too sure on when I had my last period it could have been the 22nd or 28th July 2006 I have irregular cycles.
I did my pregnancy test on the 22nd August and it came up positive id it possible I could have conceived on the 19th Aug? I'm thinking that is too soon and I would have been pregnant before that could someone Please help???

Going by your dates it is possible that you last menstruated around July 22nd therefore you would have conceived around August 5th. This is in a "normal" cycle. If you were due on May 3rd your last period could have been July 27 and you could have ovulated around August 10th. I'm quite positive that if you did the test on August 22nd that you could not have conceived on the 19th as there wouldn't be enough hormone to make a positive test. I'm pretty sure you conceived somewhere between August 2nd and August 12th. Really hope it's the news you were after. This is all for a "normal" cycle too. Congratulations and All The Best.

By ideal formulas, you'd probably have conceived August 4. Since your cycles are irregular, it could certainly be not the exact date the formula says. I believe that if you had ovulated close to Aug. 19, and the 19th was the day you had sex, the 22nd would probably be too early for a positive test to appear.

Your OBS/GYN should have been able to give you a good estimate of your due date after your last scan.
Although it is virtually impossible to tell when you conceived the baby if your cycles are all over the place.
A friend is positive she conceived on a certain date and the doctor said it was two weeks later - she doesn't even think they had sex then! In the end the baby comes when he/she wants anyway!

They calculate due date by nagel's rule, which is to count back three months, then up one week from your last period. So if your last period was 7/22, you would be due 4/29. Possibly off a bit due to 30 day months.
Your doctor will give you a more definitive date with your ultrasound.
Is this a daddy issue?

you probably concieved before the 19th.... you could ask your doctor based on your last ultrasound.

the best person to ask this is your doctor there is no way we can know when you concievedmy guess would be around august 5to the 10th please ask your ob only he or she can truly answer this
