I agree with Kelly. Listen to your vet and stop feeding the extra junk.
Sometimes after a rabbit goes through a stressful situation it is best to pull them off their feed for about a day then give them a half ration the next day.
Many rabbit breeders will pull their rabbits off of their feed or at least reduce the amount of feed they feed them to about half when they take them to a rabbit show. They don't do this for showing reasons, but for the health of the rabbit. If you give a rabbit full feed while it is at a show or after it has traveled or gone through stress, it will tend to go off of its feed. If however it is kept a little on the hungry side it will go back onto its feed much better. It probably would have been best to have cut its feed ration in half before it had the surgery, not after.
Try reducing its rabbit pellets to about half and giving it a small handful of timothy hay. The roughage of the timothy hay should help some.

How long ago was your rabbit spayed? She could still be suffering from the effects of anesthesia which can last up to 72 hours in some cases. When you say going to the restroom do you mean pooping or peeing? Pooping and not eating well could be an intestinal impaction or blockage like a hairball. You can try giving a little yogert with acidpholis bacteria in it to help. Or again you animal is still kind of drugged. Do what the vet says and brung her back if it doesn't get better. Also you can try things she may not be used to, like fresh fruits she has never had or some nice dark leafy greens. I'm not sure what your diet is?

trust me, at least for now that is normal. I mean think about it would you be wanting to eat and use the bathroom if you had just had surgery on that part of your body?
I sure wouldn't.
O.K. now thinking about this, if the not eating thing does continue then yes bring the rabbit to the vet. You can also try little and I mean little bits of the rabbit's favorite food to intice them and try and get it to eat. LIke maybe see if it want a cheerio, or maybe a small poece of carrot.
(never though, never give a rabbit lettuce. It runs right through them and can give them the runs, maybe even kill them. So never give the rabbit lettuce)
You have to try and not worry to much, what has to happen to the rabbit after a surgery will have to happen. It has to run its course and once it has, everything should be fine. If it is not then you should calmly call your vet and ask what you should do otherwise. Never get into a frienzied state over this, ccause if you are all upset and in histerics, it does nothing to help the rabbit which is what you really want right?
But for now don't worry, and just try and keep the rabbit comfy. I know that right after i had surgery all I want is to be comfy and rest.
So try that and see what happens.

The doe has in simple terms had important surgical procedure less than a lengthy usual anaesthetic - ought to you want to eat? that is critical that she does eat regardless of the reality that. tell your sister to grant her (threat-free) herbs as they scent good; and a large number of timothy and meadow hay. If she nonetheless isn't ingesting interior the morning she needs taken to work out the vet to have a intestine stimulant administered. go away the supplements - they are in simple terms a way for puppy shops to get your money; they do little or no (if any) good for animals. also because the above poster recommend utilising yoghurt I could provide you with a warning that it comes with that is own concerns; rabbits are lactose illiberal and so won't be able to actual digest the yoghurt - it ought to actual make her worse.

Listen to your vet. I don't know how long it's been since your rabbit had surgery, but if it's been recent that makes sense.
Also, stop feeding the extra junk. Rabbits need pellets, hay (timothy or alfalfa and fresh water).

Going through the same with my pooch after surgery.
I added some meat to his kibble and he ate. Otherwise not eating for 3 days.
So give your bunny whatever bunnies love to eat, just until she gets over the rough spot.

I don't think you need to worry at all if she doesn't eat tonight. She should regain her appetite sometime tomorrow.
